Los is a character designed for the game design project The Son of Seahaven. 

Here is his character description from the Son of Seahaven pitch bible:

As a spirited, clever and boisterous fisherman who was raised

on one of the smaller fishing islands, Los always dreamed of

making a life for himself in Seahaven’s central city.

Now that he’s arrived, he spends his days making connections and

exploring the elegant marble city. However, Los has never quite

belonged in Seahaven, due to his true nature as a dragon-like shapeshifter with origins in a far-off land. He resents that he must hide who he truly is, having never known any different, but his top priority is to protect and care for others who are also like him.
