Athanas is a character designed for the game design project Lilyveil.

Athanas is a kind and easygoing resident of Lilyveil, who holds the secrets to finding immortality. He lives on the outskirts of Lilyveil, choosing to live mostly in solitude. Despite this, he’s a kind and easygoing man, happy to help out Gil on their quest. As a researcher, Athanas knows a lot about immortality and the many different locations they’ll need to visit, making him an essential part of the team.

Athanas comes across as a kind and fun person to be around, however he’s hiding a dark secret. Just how does he know so much about the secret to finding immortality?

Athanas is the party healer, as he claims to be a strict pacifist. He uses his magic lyre to bless his allies with healing and buffs, but there might be more to his magic than meets the eye. Athanas’s design is based on a needham’s skimmer dragonfly.
